A native of Baltimore, MD, Mr. Womack is a retired Army senior drill instructor and certified personal trainer. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. While living in California, he served as a mentor and Bible study teacher for inmates at the San Joaquin Probation and Sheriff Departments. He also served in the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation for Juvenile Justice for five years teaching a program he developed called “Healthy Bodies/Healthy Minds.”
After moving to Richmond, Mr. Womack served as a Quality Assurance Specialist with the US Defense Logistics Agency Aviation PaCE program. In 2019, he was elected president of the Blacks in Government Bellwood Chapter. He retired after 45 years of working in federal government.
Mr. Womack is married to Cat Womack, and together they have five children, 30 grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
Isaac B. McKay is a native of Pageland, S.C. and like his father also enlisted in the U.S. Army, where he retired after serving 20 years in 2011. His military career afforded him the opportunity to be a soldier for the U.S. Army and travel the world being stationed in places like Wiesbaden, Germany; Seoul, South Korea; and Okinawa, Japan. He also served his country in support of Operation Iraqi freedom from 2008-2009.
For 34 years, he has been married to Rebbecca A. McKay and together they have four children (Rachel, Sierra, Brianna, & De’Ante) and eight grandchildren. In 1996, Isaac B. McKay gave his life to Christ and was baptized at Antioch Missionary Baptist Church located in Colorado Springs, CO. He is a member of Greater Works Community Church (GWCC) in Hopewell, VA. where he serves as Associate Pastor under the leadership of Overseer Terronda C. Green.
He is also an active member in the community. He’s a member of My Brother’s Keeper of Greater Richmond (MBKGRVA) where he serves as Vice President. He is a member of Post 1703 American Legion Prince George, VA, and is the founder of the PALS mentoring program. PALS stands for Providing Adolescents with Leadership Skills. He also mentors students at N.B. Clements Junior High School in Prince George, VA, where he mentors eighth and ninth graders.
In 2011, Isaac felt inspired to start using all his social media platforms to spread the Word of God. Over the years, his inspirational messages have reached a global audience, touching lives across the United States and around the world. Ultimately, his passion is to be a true servant of God and an encourager to the least, the lost, and the lonely.

Jason Boswell is an Elder at New Canaan International Church where he has served for 29 years. He has been recognized by local, state, and federal governments for his work with Lifeline Link Video Visitation. In April of 2006, as program director, New Canaan became a pilot site working with the Virginia Department of Corrections to provide video-conferencing visitation for inmates.
In 2017, Elder Boswell conducted Fatherhood Initiative training for reentry jail inmates at Henrico County Jail and the Department of Social Services. His work with the community has helped rehabilitate homeless individuals, drug addicts, ex-felons, at-risk youth, and single mothers.
For over 30 years, Elder Boswell has been married to Sharon Denise Springs. Together, they have one daughter, one son, a son-in-law, and five grandchildren. His mission in life is to be a servant of Christ and to help others according to Christian principles and values.
Billy Yarborough hails from Columbia, South Carolina. He is the third child out of four, born to Billy and Mamie Yarborough. He is happily married to Chanee Yarborough, and together, they have six children: Stephen, Chad, Shalisha, Kaliya, Kayla, and Zion.
Mr. Yarborough joined the United States Army on January 6, 1988, and served for more than 20 years. During his time in the army, he worked as a JROTC Army Instructor, Logistic Army Instructor, and Mentor, holding various positions such as Culinarian in Food Service, U.S. Army Drill Sergeant, Food Advisor, Senior Operations Specialist, Dining Facility Manager, and a Distinguished Member of the 3rd U.S. Army Infantry Regiment (The Old Guard) at Arlington National Cemetery. He retired from military service in 2008 after serving at the rank of Sergeant Major.
After retiring from the Army, Billy began a career as a speaker, mentor, and counselor. He uses his personal story and faith-based approach to motivate others and create a legacy of excellence in communities across the country. Billy is also pursuing a degree in Counseling with a focus on Biblical Counseling.
Amanda Hill is an Administrative Officer at the Richmond VA Medical Center, where she has worked for over 20 years. She manages research funds and ensures compliance with regulations. Amanda’s positive attitude and dedication to serving others make her an integral part of the team.
